Structural Features and Working Principle>>>
The smoke exhaust fan control equipment (multi-circuit) consists of low-voltage electrical components such as circuit breakers, AC
contactors, motor protectors, phase sequence protectors, and overvoltage/undervoltage protectors. The equipment features both manual and
automatic operation modes. The phase sequence and overvoltage/undervoltage protectors immediately activate protection actions upon
detecting overvoltage/undervoltage, phase reversal, or open-circuit conditions in a three-phase AC circuit, cutting off the main circuit power
supply to rapidly protect the load while triggering audible and visual fault alarms. For manual or automatic startup, it is essential to confirm that
the external lead wires of the fire damper are connected and that the corresponding relay is powered before starting the fan. In automatic
mode, when a fire linkage signal is received, the equipment emits audible and visual alarms and simultaneously activates the fire fan.
The operating principle of the multi-circuit smoke exhaust fan control system is as follows: When the fire control center receives a fire
alarm signal, the system automatically activates the fire exhaust fan control cabinet to initiate operation of the fire fans and open the exhaust
valves, thereby exhausting dense indoor smoke through the ductwork to the outdoors, achieving effective smoke removal.
The multi-circuit smoke exhaust fan control equipment is designed for managing fire protection smoke exhaust fans.
