They are designed and type-tested in line with IEC 61439 / GB 7251, installed indoors, and available with protection levels from IP30 up to IP54. GGD: The Fixed-Type Workhorse

The GGD-type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is the most widely used fixed-switchgear design in Asia and the Middle East. Components are mounted directly inside a rigid, fully enclosed frame, which keeps the structure simple, the heat dissipation excellent and the price per circuit low. For power plants, substations and industrial enterprises with ample maintenance windows, GGD delivers the best cost-per-ampere of any assembly we build.

GCS: Withdrawable Switchgear for Minimum Downtime

The GCS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear organizes every feeder into a removable drawer unit. A faulty starter or breaker can be exchanged in minutes — without de-energizing the whole board. For petrochemical plants, metallurgy lines, data centers and high-rise buildings where an hour of outage costs more than a cabinet, withdrawable construction pays for itself quickly. The trade-off is a higher price per circuit and slightly more demanding installation alignment.

PGL: Proven Economy for In-Plant Distribution

The PGL-type AC low-voltage distribution panel uses an open, sectioned structure that is easy to extend bay by bay. It remains a favorite for industrial and mining enterprises, workshops and pump stations that need straightforward, robust distribution at a very competitive price.

Beyond 400 V: Incoming Supply and Power Quality

A complete substation rarely stops at 400 V. From Our Factory Floor: How We Build Them

Talk is cheap in this industry, so here is what actually happens before a cabinet leaves our workshop:

  • Busbar fabrication and assembly. Copper busbars are cut, punched, bent and bolted to specified torque, then sleeved or powder-coated for phase identification and touch protection.
  • Drawer and component assembly. Every withdrawable unit is assembled, wired and mechanically cycled to verify smooth insertion and interlock operation.
