Structural Features and Working Principle>>>
The smoke exhaust fan control system consists of low-voltage electrical components including circuit breakers, AC contactors,
motor protectors, phase sequence protectors, and over/under voltage protectors. The system supports both manual and automatic
operation modes. The phase sequence and over/under voltage protectors immediately activate protection actions upon detecting
over/under voltage, phase reversal, or open-circuit conditions in a three-phase AC circuit, cutting off the main circuit power supply to
rapidly protect the load while triggering audible and visual fault alarms. For manual or automatic startup, the external leads of the fire
damper must be connected and the corresponding relay powered before the fan can be activated. In automatic mode, when a fire
linkage signal is received, the system emits audible and visual alarms while simultaneously starting the fire fan.
The operating principle of the smoke exhaust fan control system is as follows: When the fire control center receives a fire alarm signal, the system
automatically activates the fire fan and opens the exhaust valve via the fire smoke exhaust fan control cabinet, thereby exhausting the indoor dense smoke
through the ductwork to the outdoors and achieving effective smoke removal.
The smoke exhaust fan control device is used to manage fire protection smoke exhaust fans. It enables the control of the fans to perform predetermined
actions, receives feedback signals from the fans, monitors their operational status, communicates information with higher-level monitoring systems, and
provides audible and visual alerts to relevant personnel.

lots, hotels, shopping malls, office buildings, and similar facilities.
