Terms of Policy

Last Updated: May 2026

Welcome to our platform. These Terms of Policy & Service ("Terms") govern the business relationship, procurement services, and product supply provided by our Trade-Integrated Enterprise to our global clients, including project buyers, MEP contractors, B2B distributors, and engineering design firms. By engaging with our services or placing orders, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Scope of Services & Business Nature

We operate as a Trade-Integrated Enterprise offering a comprehensive, one-stop supply chain solution. Our core business encompasses the export of fire safety and electrical distribution equipment, alongside specialized trade services including but not limited to: product sourcing, factory auditing, quality control (QC) inspections, third-party testing coordination, international freight forwarding (sea, air, and rail), customs clearance, and door-to-door delivery.

2. Product Specifications & Regulatory Compliance

Our core product portfolio includes Smoke Exhaust Fans, Fire Pump Controllers, and High/Low Voltage Distribution Boxes.

  • Compliance: Products are manufactured and supplied based on the regulatory requirements of the designated destination markets, such as the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar), Southeast Asia, Europe, and Africa.
  • Certifications: Depending on the specific order requirements and market standards, products will comply with international benchmarks including UL, FM, CE, IEC, and CCC standards. Clients are responsible for verifying local project approval requirements prior to order confirmation.

3. Order Sourcing & Quality Control (QC)

To mitigate supply chain risks and optimize costs, we enforce a strict vendor grading system (Grades A, B, and C) across our partner factory network.

  • Inspection Protocol: We execute standardized quality monitoring and inspections on all customer orders before shipment.
  • Third-Party Testing: If required by the engineering design firm or MEP contractor, third-party laboratory testing can be arranged and will be subjected to additional agreed-upon costs.

4. Shipping, Logistics & Risk Transfer

As part of our simplified supply chain service, we manage global freight forwarding across sea, air, and rail networks.

  • Incoterms: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific commercial invoice or contract, all shipping and risk transfers shall be governed by the specified international commercial terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DDP, or EXW) agreed upon during order placement.
  • Customs & Delivery: While we offer comprehensive customs clearance and door-to-door delivery services, clients must provide all necessary local importer documentation required by the destination country in a timely manner.

5. Liability Limitations & Risk Reduction

Our business structure is explicitly engineered to minimize cross-border procurement risks for international buyers. However, we shall not be held liable for project delays, financial losses, or liquidated damages incurred by MEP contractors or project buyers due to:

  • Force majeure events (including but not limited to shipping line disruptions, port congestions, or customs delays).
  • Inaccurate technical blueprints, product specifications, or voltage ratings provided by the engineering design firm or buyer.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any separate commercial agreements signed between our enterprise and the client shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international trade laws and the designated legal jurisdiction stated in the final sales contract. Any disputes arising from quality discrepancies, lead times, or services shall first be settled through amicable negotiation.
